Q.01What happens if you miss the 60-minute priority SLA?
50% automatic refund, no ticket to raise. The SLA clock starts when payment clears and ends when the report is delivered to your email. Scanned reports with low OCR confidence are flagged at upload time and opt into a 90-minute SLA - we tell you before you pay.
Q.02Are the cost ranges a quote?
No - they are decision-support ranges built from quarterly-rolling trade rates for your postcode. Use them to anchor a conversation with a tradesperson. An actual quote needs an on-site assessment, which we do not provide.
Q.03Do you replace a licensed building inspector?
Not for contractual purposes. Your contract of sale, pest clause, or lender may require an inspector's physical sign-off. We sit alongside that report and make it legible - we don't replace it.
Q.04Which states do you cover?
All AU states and territories: NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, WA, ACT, TAS and NT. Strata report interpretation is strongest in NSW and VIC - depth of interpretation in other jurisdictions varies by scheme legislation.
Q.05What's your refund policy outside the SLA case?
If for any reason we're unable to analyse and generate viable for you, a full refund will be provided. Beyond that, no refund on delivered work - but across 5,000+ reports shipped the rate of escalations is well under 0.4%.
